No. 03 How employers can engage with higher education.
The HEA-CEBE Employer Engagement manuals were designed to be used in a variety of ways, one of which was to support staff development for individuals or groups working in the field of Employer Engagement in Higher Education. The standalone nature of many of the activities in the manuals means that they can be used for short sessions, perhaps as a development session within a meeting or maybe simply for individuals to update or broaden their knowledge. They can, however, be used to deliver longer more formal staff development sessions to groups of people – and it is this approach which this booklet is designed to support.
